BPL Cup preliminary round Vermont South BC – Sunday 16th July – entries open
Vermont South Bowling Club is pleased to announce that it will be again
hosting a preliminary round of the BPL Cup.
We are the only club in the ERBR region to be hosting this event this
winter.
Date : – Sunday July 16th 2023
Time : – 09:00 am start
A minimum of 4 teams is required, a maximum of 16 teams can enter for
the Vermont South venue.
* 2 sets of 5 ends, powerplays, no jack rolling, 1 end tie-break if
required, multiple games played – draw is setup by Bowls Aust.
* Teams of 3 or 4 players, playing 2 bowl triples, 3 players on the
green, a substitute is allowed at the completion of any end
* Winners of State finals (last year 3 teams represented Victoria), win
a paid trip to the National Finals later in this year
* Conditions of play available, $75 entry fee per team, payable upon
registration
* Vermont South bowling club has hosted a BPL preliminary round for the
past few years

* Already we have had teams from Vermont South and Mitcham make it all
the way to the interstate finals, let’s get some more ERBR
representation during 2023
